This morning I delivered a talk about Mindfulness, Compassion and how this can help with managing stress, anxiety and compassion fatigue to a group of trainee nurses. I created a guide to download, which you can download here:

To summarize, it's not what happens to us that causes us to feel stress. It is how
we relate to stress. We can stay with the original experience of stress and choose a different response, with practice!
