Hello and welcome to my blog. My name is Brenda and I am a therapist and author. My new business name is Mindfulness Missouri and I wanted to take a moment to share with you my journey of how this came to be. I have worked in private practice as a therapist, teacher and author for the last 16 years under various guises, business names and projects. In the last few years I have been going through a huge personal transition and transformation that included moving continents, countries, states and cities. In this time, I have been recouping, regrouping and reorganizing my offerings to those who seek my services.
To help others on their healing path by guiding them to their own innate healing capacity.
This is the first post of many to come. I have really missed writing and creative expression in general. These last few years my energy was needed to rebuild myself after the tower came crashing down and my life and relationships changed forever. Good thing I have journaled that whole time so have a lot of fodder for filler here! Watch this space.
